Website Security

At Synthesis we firmly believe that information you give to us in trust should never be passed onto to anyone else. Protecting your order information is a priority. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than us or our bank.

Whenever you submit your credit card number in order to purchase one of our products or services you are always transfered to a secure server. When this happens a message will appear on your screen letting you know you are being transfered to a secure connection. To check the security of your connection, look at the bottom of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In these cases, you'll be unable to connect to the server, so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection.

Most experts agree you are fall more likely to fall victim to fraud giving your credit card number over the telephone, then over the internet. We take every precaution to ensure the integrity of your data and our staff continually monitors tranasactions and activity on our server to that our customers do not fall victims to fraud.
