Downloading FMU is very easy!

And once you download an issue of FMU, you have many options for listening. MP3 files can be played on a computer, uploaded to an MP3 player or mobile device, or you can convert the file and burn a CD that you can use on a standard CD player. If you are new to these options, we have prepared these step-by-step guides:

Would you like to Download a Sample Issue?

To try out the download process and experiment with a sample issue, simply follow these steps:

1. On the www.jeffreybland.com homepage, click "My Account"

2. For the email address, enter: sample@jeffreybland.com

3. For the password, enter: sample

4. Click "Login"

5. Click "Access Your Files"

You should now see three files in a list. You have the option of downloading the audio file either as a single file, or a file containing multiple tracks (for easier searching--more like a CD). There is also a PDF file containing a summary and list of references. The download process should be self-explanatory at this point.
